Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

The website www.friskfisk.ch is operated by and is the property of Frisk Fisk Trivisano GmbH.

1. Prices

Our prices on price lists and on the internet are non-binding. The stated prices do not include value-added tax and apply to the following payment methods: credit cards and PayPal. For credit card purchases, we will charge you the approximate costs when the order is placed. The total price including value-added tax is visible at check-out.

The actual costs will only be charged on the day of delivery based on the actual weights. Prices apply from our distribution location (excluding shipping), and packaging is at our expense. We charge postage or transport fees for all shipments. A large part of the express shipping costs of CHF 16 is subsidized by Frisk Fisk Trivisano GmbH. The amount of the subsidy depends on the order quantity. Frisk Fisk Trivisano GmbH places great importance on deliveries of the highest quality.

Therefore, it may happen that we cannot offer a specific product on your desired delivery date. In this case, we will replace the product in question without prior notice with one of at least equivalent standard. You will incur no additional costs as a result.

2. Shipping

Delivery is only made to addresses in Switzerland for orders received by 12:00 PM. We pack our delicacies with cooling elements in special packaging and deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline is 12:00 PM for the following day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will only be processed and shipped the next day. Our delicacies are fresh and smoked products and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore, delivery on Mondays is not possible. Deliveries cannot be made abroad. Refrigerated products are generally only shipped overnight via Express Post in appropriate special packaging. We kindly ask you to store the products in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt.

3. Fulfillment of Delivery and Transport Damage

We will always endeavor to meet the delivery deadlines requested by the customer. However, if disruptions in business operations for which we are not responsible occur, as well as cases of force majeure based on an unforeseeable event through no fault of our own, the delivery time shall be extended accordingly. Any delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or to assert claims for compensation. Delivery shall be deemed fulfilled when the goods leave our premises. Shipping and transport risk shall in all cases be borne by the customer. Packaging is carried out with the utmost care. In the event of transport damage, the customer must immediately note a corresponding reservation with the transport company and notify us of the damage in writing. This also applies if the packaging of the goods shows no external damage whatsoever. Always inspect goods thoroughly. Transport damage must be reported immediately.

4. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the goods, actual returns are not permitted and cannot be accepted. Should the customer not be completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, the customer must contact customer service no later than 24 hours after delivery of the goods. Late claims cannot be compensated. In the event of a complaint, the customer is obligated to store the goods refrigerated at +4 °C for the purpose of collection and analysis. In the event of a justified complaint, the seller will resolve the case and, if applicable, partially or fully compensate the customer.

5. Terms of Payment

The customer can make the payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) as well as by PostFinance methods, Postcard, and e-finance. Payment by credit card must be made in advance. We reserve the right to require a different method of payment.
