The new head chef, Alex Nikolsky, has more than 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and has previously worked in Israel, Costa Rica, and Switzerland. He is known for his precise sushi craftsmanship, unforgettable omakase experiences, and an uncompromising focus on quality.
His concept is a perfect fit for Frisk Fisk: fewer unnecessary frills, more focus on rice, balance, product quality, and technique. Starting on 25.05.2026 he will introduce a completely new RÅ sushi menu at Frisk Fisk.
