Frisk Fisk serves raw food - or rather raw food. From the beginning of April, our restaurant in Niederdorf Zurich will become a sushi hotspot. Under the name Rå Sushi we serve you delicious Japanese rice rolls with a Nordic twist.

We also use only the best fish and the freshest seafood from the icy North Sea for our sushi. As always, we source these directly from our Norwegian master smoker and fishmonger Frederik Møller Andersen.

With these fantastic ingredients, our sushi doesn’t need any frills — just a bit of rice and plenty of fish, that’s all it takes. By the way: vegetarians will also get their sushi fix with us, as we offer Rå rolls without fish too.

Authentic Japanese

In order to guarantee one of the best sushi dishes in town, we have brought an experienced sushi master on board. Young Kwang Oh transforms our fresh fish into authentic sushi specialties. Young is an internationally experienced sushi chef who complements our team. His stations range from Washington D.C. to Zurich, his signature combines Japanese precision with Korean passion and modern creativity. Young brings over 20 years of experience, a keen sense of quality and a keen sense for innovative flavor combinations. With him, we look forward to sushi creations that will surprise - and be remembered.

Youngs Sushi-Menüs sind als Take-away verfügbar. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du aber auch gerne an einem unserer Tische Platz nehmen oder sie draussen auf unserer Terrasse geniessen.
